Afzal Kahn has re-designed many a Porsche over the years. However, the end result of the A. Kahn Design Porsche Panamera in carbon grey complete with the F1 number plate (purchased for £460,000) is nicely weighted with a feeling of linearity and purity, taking the vehicle to a whole new dimension.

The Kahn Panamera’s wide track styling package consists of wide vented front and rear wheel arches with an integrated rear air dam, lower boot wing, Kahn lowered sports suspension system, billet aluminum side vents, privacy tinted glass, red brake calipers and tinted rear lamps – thus ensuring Afzal Kahn’s latest contribution to automotive design activity is on display for all to see.

Interconnected in order to coalesce design and engineering expression – the Kahn stainless steel quad exhaust system is centered around a radical design – reflecting an attraction to a pluto-matic lifestyle. Complete with the cross hair exhaust feature – it is a first cousin only to silence, and manners, ensuring an adequate yet nonchalant sensation – taking the vehicle to a whole new dimension.

Factory options include satellite navigation, bi-xenon headlamps, front and rear park assist, Porsche pdk including auto start/stop function, sport chrono plus package, power lift tailgate, heated front seats and iPod connectivity.
Another unique feature of this model is the amazing interior which has been upgraded to a magnificent level with a blend of claret quilted and perforated leather with the speedo and rev counter facia in red and cream.

Dedicated to the creation of luxury bespoke vehicles, we redesign the ordered monotony of mass produced vehicles and rebuild them into individually tailored creations. This particular vehicle is available for £86,875 – photography alongside a black Kahn Panamera.

The Panamera’s exterior receives a comprehensive makeover with a new carbon fiber aero kit that adds a new front bumper with sculpted air vents, rear wheel arch extensions, front fender mesh vents, rocker panels, a deck lid spoiler and a redesigned rear bumper with extra vents and a diffuser.

Wald International’s Black Bison package also includes a new set of larger alloy wheels in a black finish with a bronze colored rim, and the firm’s signature exhaust tail pipes.

Completing the tune is a lowered sports suspension kit and a set of bespoke floor mats for the interior.

Included in the complete package is a front spoiler and canard wing, a set of side skirts, a rear diffuser, a rear wing, a set of rear door panels and a rear spoiler. At extra cost they will also perform the headlight modification you see in some of the photos, fit a new bonnet and a new roof spoiler.

Optional extras include a carbon fiber front spoiler, headlight covers and restyled bonnet. The kit can be ordered as a whole, but customers can also choose to order the parts individually.

The award-winning car is being shown at the TECHART booth in hall 3 of the Essen Motor Show until the 4th of December 2011. Equipped with the new TECHART power kit TA 070/T2 and a overall performance of 464 kW (630 hp) and a maximum torque of 880 Nm the sporty sedan reaches the 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds. After 12.3 the needle passes the 200 km/h mark – with a top speed of 326 km/h.

Sporty elegance gives distinction to the HAMANN-CYRANO design: In order to meet the highly visual requirements and aerodynamic demands, the HAMANN engineers revamped the front of the four-seater completely. Larger air intakes in connection with perfectly integrated daytime running lights give the Porsche an even more dynamic look. Moreover, the optimized airflow – generated by the redesigned bonnet – reduces the lift at the front axle even further. Adding 60 mm width to the front and rear fenders makes the GranTurismo look even more imposing and are instrumental for the powerful overall appearance of the HAMANN customization. The HAMANN side skirts were modelled such as to steady the airflow across the sides and let the stylish sports car appear even closer to the tarmac and stretched. In order to reduce the up-lift forces at the rear axle, the HAMANN engineers developed a special diffuser rear apron for the sedan from Zuffenhausen. The apron encases the striking dual tailpipes of the sports exhaust system and makes this car’s rear a real eye catcher.

To bring the mighty appearance of the CYRANO to a full circle, HAMANN added its new 22-inch rims: UNIQUE FORGED “GUNMETAL”. The design of the extremely light wheel combines sportiness and elegance. The recommended front wheel/tyre combination is 9.5Jx22 inches with 265/30 ZR 22 tyres. The rear is fitted with 11.0Jx22 inch rims and 305/25 ZR 22 tyres.

Special eye catchers are the new alu wheels with special suspensions or a lowering module for the air suspension that lowers the Panamera’s center of gravity up to 30 mm. At the same time, the handling of the sports car is notably improved.

The powerful enhancement of the Panamera Turbo will soon be offered by HAMANN as the core part of its customisation program. Included in this upgrade – which is still under development – is a rear sports muffler as well as a new engine management system. The result is a performance increase by 80 hp and a torque that has been enhanced by 120 Nm.

HAMANN completely redesigns the interior of the Panamera and turns it into a Five-Star VIP Lounge. The factory-installed interior has been replaced with the finest leathers. The HAMANN aluminium pedal system shines brilliantly in the footwell and complements perfectly the medical applications of the car’s serial production interior.

Whether it is double clear-coat finish, leather, or Alcantara – what ever your heart’s desire, it is available upon request. From personalized foot mats to complete interior leather finish, everything is made with the highest degree of craftsmanship and precision. Individually designed and integrated into the vehicle by masters of their craft.

We made use of our experience in aerodynamics and worked to make ideal use of the engine’s power reserves, because added performance and better design really do bring about an extra helping of driving pleasure.
The output of the Panamera’s direct-injected V8 engine was increased from 294 kW/400 hp to 342 kW/465 hp. This enables the Panamera to accelerate from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.6 seconds and reach a top speed of over 305 km/h (190 mph).

Engine: Driving a Porsche Panamera is nice enough. Hellboy, however, takes this experience to a new level. The power increase to 465 hp and a torque output of 550 Nm do their part to liven things up, the engine is far more eager and the whole car seems to have a penchant for speed. Thanks to the new, pressure-monitoring and self-adjusting exhaust system with butterfly valves, it’s perfectly possible to keep things quiet and comfortable – but where’s the fun in that? The newly developed header-back stainless-steel exhaust system features high-performance catalytic converters, high-flow mufflers and new tail pipes. As a welcome side-effect, the new system is about 35 kg (77 kb) lighter than the factory setup. Using two round exhaust tips struck us as a little unimaginative, which is why our interpretation features a billet aluminum, ceramic-coated and heat-resistant tail pipe that doesn’t just look great on its own, it also integrates very well with the new carbon fiber rear skirt. Rounding off the engine modifications are an ECU recalibration tuned on the dyno and a set of high-flow air filters.

Aerodynamics: The newly developed carbon fiber front skirt with integrated daytime running lights also features enlarged air intakes for improved cooling. The new carbon fiber front lip increases downforce and the elegant side skirts add to the car’s side profile. A new carbon fiber rear skirt along with the diffuser and fins, new side mirrors and fender vents enhance the vehicle’s aerodynamics and looks. An old classic instead of a large wing: a ducktail spoiler, reminiscent of the legendary Carrera RS, completes the picture.

‚Less is more’ was the guiding principle, especially since improved performance and a higher top speed were the focus of this build. The aerodynamic pieces were designed to be compatible with all Panamera versions, be it the V6, V8 or Turbo.

Suspension: A lot of power requires a lot of tire. To improve the car’s handling and traction, we employed ultra-lightweight forged 21 in. wheels. The front wheels measure 9.5 x 21 and use 265/35 ZR 21 tires, the rears are 11 x 21 with 305/30 ZR 21 tires. An electronic lowering module that can bring the body up to 30 mm closer to the ground can be fitted on request.

Interior: Hellboy’s visual impact would be lacking without a suitably exquisite interior, which is why edo competition has upgraded the cabin in a number of ways. New steering wheels, center and shifter consoles, pedals, seats or custom upholstery work, the possibilities are endless.

Verdict: Definitely straight from hell!

The output of the Techart Panamera is now 630 PS (464 kW / 621 hp) and 880 Nm (649 lb-ft) of torque. With the power kit the Panamera reaches 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds from a standing start and 200 km/h after 12.3 seconds. Top speed is 326 km/h (202.5 mph).

The Kit includes TECHART turbo chargers as well as the TECHART sport air filter in combination with a perfect engine setup.

The power kit dials output on the 3.0 liter V6 diesel unit to 300 PS (221 kW / 296 hp) and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque from the series’ 250 PS (184 kW / 247 bhp) and 550 Nm (406 lb-ft).

The PS9 aerodynamic kit is also part of the package with a front chin spoiler, side skirts, rear diffuser, a double wing rear spoiler, and new front and rear air intakes.

Twin tailpipes are added too and the 22-inch Five Spoke Competition mono-block wheels, with 265 tires at the front and 305 tires at the rear, mask the sport-design brake calipers.
